Green Coffee Analysis:

From 500 gr of a sample of parchment coffee we deliver a comprehensive report of your sample with values of: moister of Parchment-green coffee, yield factor, density, granulometry, classification and defect count.

Sensory analysis:

From 500 gr of a sample of parchment coffee we carry out the cup valorization of your coffee. We deliver tasting report with score under SCAA format, attributes, as well as recommendations for improvement and use of your coffee.

Sample requirements:

  • Fill out form with specific information about your lot.
  • Samples to be evaluated must be between 10% and 11.5% humidity.
  • The sample must be representative and homogeneous of the lot to be assessed.
